Observation

Black fuzzy blanket hung over exit door during nap, preventing emergency exit door to properly open/shut. Toddler room has exposed purtruding nails/bolts on diapering station which is accessible to children. Several outdoor ride on bikes have missing handles or foot pegs. Several ride on bikes have rust and chipping paint, exposing rust and metal, outdoor picnic table is broken and can cause pinching or injury, walkway to playground is uneven and concrete is broken in several areas that pose tripping hazards, exposed metal on railroad ties in outdoor play space, several entrapment concerns with outdoor fencing, several holes present in outdoor play space fence and exposed wood present, sharp edges on fence prersent where fence is in need of repair, window present in pre-k bathroom does not have a screen or protective barrier on it, several walls throughout center are in need of paint due to chipping, several blue classroom tables have exposed metal where paint has chipped, stacked chairs present on top of table near sleeping child in pre-k classroom. cracked window with loose glass present in ourdoor space on house window.
